Having recently completed a course of treatment to replace existing crowns and to cap other hitherto unsightly teeth, I am delighted with my new look.

The standard of care throughout the process was excellent and at each stage nothing was too much trouble. You took the time to explain the various stages and to ensure I was completely happy with the intermediate results before completion.

I am no longer scared of dentists...

When I first arrived at your practice I was extremely scared of dentists. In the past, I had to be sedated a couple of times having extractions.

What I immediately noticed upon walking through your door was the huge smiles on your reception staffs faces. They were very kind and extremely courteous at every visit. Knowing me upon sight, by face and name. Just having that warm welcome put me at ease.

Before even entering a treatment room, you judge a place a great deal on first impressions. Hilary and Beverly were my first impression of Cowbridge Dental Care. What an impression they made. Always cheerful and seeming very happy in their work, it gives the place a family feel, which is very comforting.

I live in America now but I often think back to my time in your care and my lovely dentist Eszter, especially when I put my retainer in at night. I'm no longer scared of dentists and that is all down to your wonderful team.

I'm forever grateful for not just my beautiful smile but overcoming what was becoming a crippling fear for me.

That process started with Hilary and Beverly... thank you for your kindness and gentle nature when dealing with me, you're the best kind of person.

Care, friendly nature and overall customer service has remained excellent...

Myself and my family have been going to the practice for years now and the care, friendly nature and overall customer service has remained excellent throughout! All examinations and procedures are carefully explained and we've never felt rushed or unsure about our treatment.

All the staff are friendly and welcoming - and if our 9 year old daughter never complains about going to the dentist then they must be doing something right!!

Result was spectacular...

After many years of attending some of the most exclusive and expensive dentists in the area I decided to let Jon Ayres undertake some work and replace some older white fillings. Not only was the treatment less expensive than I thought, but the result was spectacular, my fillings looked like virgin teeth instead of clumps of white glue just placed abstractly into a void. I will never go back and settle for second best ever again. I would highly recommend all of the services and you never fail to receive a warm welcome and a smile from the girls out front! Finally, the dentist has become a pleasant experience!

I travel 200 miles for my dental appointments and would happily travel further...

All I wanted for my birthday was my two front teeth but with years of traumatic dental experiences, I was understandably nervous. From the first visit, Jon put me at ease, listened to my concerns without dismissal and presented the options for treatment in a clear and human, friendly manner. Jon's 'chairside manner' is fantastic. He tells you what's about to happen so there are no surprises and you feel fully prepared for every stage of the treatment.

For the first time in thirty years I officially love my teeth. Or as I said having looked in the mirror for the first time, they rock!! I travel 200 miles for my dental appointments and would happily travel further, and it's not just Jon. Hilary the receptionist is wonderful and the hygienist and dental nurses are lovely. I'd put money on Jon being the best dentist in the world. He's transformed my teeth and given me something to smile about.
